1. Acceptance of terms

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the IntentQ website at getintentq.com and the IntentQ software service (together, the “Service”). By creating an account, accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of a business, you agree on its behalf and confirm you are authorized to do so.

2. Eligibility and accounts

The Service is intended for business use. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. You are responsible for accurate account information, for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Account admins are responsible for the teammates they invite.

3. Service description

IntentQ helps businesses discover publicly available online conversations that may indicate interest in their services, classify and score those conversations as potential opportunities, review and track them, report on outcomes and, where supported, send selected opportunities to a connected CRM. Features labelled “Coming Soon” or “Planned” are not part of the Service until released.

4. Monitoring and discovery services

Monitoring missions are configured from your keywords, locations and preferences and are reviewed before monitoring begins. Sources are limited to those we support and verify; we do not guarantee coverage of any particular platform, website, conversation or geographic area, and supported sources may change.

5. Publicly available third-party information

Opportunities are based on information that third parties have made publicly available. We do not control that content and do not guarantee that it is accurate, current, complete or lawful. IntentQ does not access private groups, private messages or password-protected content, and does not identify the real-world identity behind social accounts.

6. AI-assisted analysis and recommendations

The Service uses automated and AI-assisted tools to summarize, classify and score content and to suggest settings. These outputs are estimates and may be incorrect. You are responsible for reviewing original sources and for your decisions based on any output.

7. Subscription billing and renewals

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis at the prices shown at the time of purchase and renew automatically until cancelled. Prices and plan contents may change with advance notice for future billing periods. You authorize us and our payment processor to charge your payment method for fees and applicable taxes.

8. Plan limits and upgrades

Each plan includes limits such as active missions and user seats. Add-ons may be purchased where offered. Upgrades and capacity increases take effect immediately with a prorated charge for the remainder of the billing period. Downgrades are not available while your usage exceeds the lower plan's limits.

9. Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel at any time from your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then. Reductions in add-on capacity take effect from the next billing period without credit for the current period. Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable.

10. Acceptable use

You will use the Service only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with these Terms, applicable law and the terms of any third-party platform whose content you access or act upon.

11. Prohibited activities

• Harassing, threatening, stalking or discriminating against any person.
• Sending spam or unsolicited messages in violation of applicable law or platform rules.
• Attempting to identify, de-anonymize or profile individuals beyond what the Service provides.
• Using the Service to collect sensitive personal information or information about children.
• Reselling or sharing account access without our permission.
• Reverse engineering, scraping or overloading the Service, or bypassing its security or limits.
• Uploading malicious code or infringing content.

12. Customer responsibilities

You are responsible for how you use opportunities, including any outreach you choose to make, the content of your communications and your compliance with laws and platform rules. IntentQ does not send messages to prospects on your behalf.

13. Third-party social platforms

Third-party platforms are independent of IntentQ and governed by their own terms. Their availability, policies and content may change at any time and may affect the Service. We are not responsible for third-party platforms or their content.

14. CRM integrations and authorized exports

When an account admin connects a CRM, you authorize IntentQ to access that CRM account within the permissions you approve, solely to send the opportunities your team chooses to export. IntentQ does not automatically synchronize data. You may disconnect at any time. Your use of the CRM remains subject to the CRM provider's terms.

15. Compliance with outreach and privacy laws

You are solely responsible for complying with all laws that apply to your outreach and data use, which may include anti-spam, telemarketing, consumer-protection and privacy laws, and for honoring opt-out requests.

16. Data accuracy and availability

Opportunities, classifications, scores, estimates and reports are provided for informational purposes and may contain errors or omissions. Data may be delayed, incomplete or removed by its original source.

17. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, branding and documentation, belongs to IntentQ and its licensors. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service during your subscription for your internal business purposes.

18. Customer content and permissions

You keep ownership of the information you provide, such as your business profile, mission settings, notes and outcomes (“Customer Content”). You grant us permission to use Customer Content to provide, secure and improve the Service. You confirm you have the rights needed to provide it.

19. Service availability

We work to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Service may be unavailable for maintenance, updates or reasons outside our control. We may modify or discontinue features.

20. No guarantee of leads, appointments or revenue

IntentQ does not guarantee any number or quality of opportunities, responses, appointments, sales or revenue. Results depend on public activity, your settings and your own sales efforts.

21. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement.

22. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IntentQ will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from or related to the Service.

23. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay, create risk for others or the Service, or where required by law. You may stop using the Service and cancel at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

24. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms. We will post the updated version with a new “Last updated” date and, for material changes, give reasonable notice. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

25. Governing law

The governing law and venue for disputes under these Terms will be stated here once confirmed.
